After the exciting weekend, Kat had to focus on work and couldn’t take me as many places. It was still a very exciting week, since many normal things here are new to me! From November 4 – 8, here are a few of those things:
More wedding photos – this time on Cat Street, and a Japanese kimono Another couple taking wedding photos on Cat Street. Kat says there are many every day! Many restaurants don’t have dishwashers. They send their dishes out to get washed, so they dump the dirty ones in bins like this to get picked up the next day These crabs are waiting for people to pick them for dinner There are polar bears here in Xiamen!! I played with these kids plants vs. zombie toys The rest of this building has been torn down, so people are putting the trash sorting bins next to the part that is left

I match Pikachu! Oh no!!!! Duck is almost as popular to eat as chicken here! These are power chargers for your phone that you can rent. They come with attachments for more than one phone type. You can return them to any charger box the company runs. Since space is tight in such a big city and no one has dryers, people hang clothes by the side of the road to dry We saw this ducky in a shop, so I wanted to say hello! One day I was bored, so Kat found me a great video about duckies taking over a bathroom
